Powering the future of warehouse intelligence

In this issue of Packaging, Warehouse & Automation, we are pleased to feature Dexory as our Robotics and AI Logistics Company of the Month.

Founded in 2015 by Andrei Danescu, Oana Jinga and Adrian Negoita, and originally launched as BotsAndUs, Dexory has grown into a global leader in warehouse automation and logistics technology. Rebranded in 2022, the company is headquartered in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, with a fast-growing presence in the United States, where it operates from Nashville, Tennessee.

Dexory delivers real-time visibility to the logistics industry through a combination of autonomous robots and its digital twin platform, DexoryView. By integrating live data from robots directly into existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Dexory gives managers a continuous, accurate overview of warehouse operations. This transparency helps organisations identify inefficiencies, correct errors
and improve overall supply chain performance.

Driving growth through innovation
Dexory’s growth story recently reached another major milestone. In October 2025, the company announced it had raised $165 million in Series C funding, led by Eurazeo, with participation from LTS Growth, Endeavor Catalyst and other existing investors. This new round will accelerate Dexory’s product roadmap and expand global access to its technology.

The investment underscores Dexory’s ability to deliver immediate value in a market often hindered by pilot projects and long deployment times. With DexoryView, customers gain live visibility and dependable, scalable insights without disruption, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy and productivity from day one.

Transforming how warehouses operate
Trusted by leading global players including DHL, Maersk and GXO, Dexory is redefining how organisations monitor and manage inventory. DexoryView goes beyond simple data capture to deliver trend analysis, space utilisation reports and historical tracking that anticipate challenges and optimise workflows before they escalate.

Operating across retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, automotive and pharmaceuticals, Dexory is leading a new era of intelligent logistics, where automation, data intelligence and digital twin technology combine to boost productivity, reduce errors and strengthen supply chain resilience.

A platform built for intelligence and scale
“At Dexory, we’ve developed the world’s tallest and most advanced fully autonomous warehouse robot, operating seamlessly alongside people and machinery,” said Oana Jinga, Co-founder and Chief Commercial and Product Officer. “This platform captures proprietary real-time data at a rate no one else in the market can match. We feed that information into our digital twin and optimisation platform, using AI to deliver insights and forecasts that drive measurable warehouse performance. By merging cutting-edge robotics, comprehensive data capture and AI-driven decision-making, we stand apart as a true innovator.”

Launched in early 2023, DexoryView is transforming warehouse operations through real-time data, AI and autonomous robotics. The platform provides actionable insights designed to boost accuracy, efficiency and throughput. The recent DexoryView Optimisation module adds outbound planning, slotting verification and congestion analysis, helping warehouse teams plan ahead, avoid bottlenecks and streamline day-to-day operations.

A vision for adaptive warehouses
Dexory’s mission has always been to deliver a true digital twin of the warehouse – a platform that not only reflects operations in real time but actively orchestrates and optimises them. Over the next year, DexoryView will evolve into an essential tool for warehouse intelligence, combining the vast proprietary data Dexory collects with advanced AI to unlock new functionality that enhances performance and customer service while reducing operational costs.

The company’s autonomous robots are now being equipped with enhanced perception capabilities to capture an even broader range of warehouse data, seamlessly navigating busy sites at all times. This information feeds into Dexory’s AI pipeline to generate richer insights into goods, racking, space and movement, helping to optimise how resources are used across facilities.

By overlaying these insights onto their interactive cloud platform, Dexory enables customers to identify, test and implement opportunities that deliver measurable revenue gains, not only within individual warehouses but across their entire supply chain.

Delivering proven results
The value of Dexory’s technology is already clear. By providing 360-degree visibility into warehouse operations, DexoryView helps organisations enhance inventory management, improve decision-making and maintain accuracy at scale.

Customers such as DB Schenker have increased inventory accuracy by 6% and maintain it daily, while ID Logistics has reduced manual inventory investigations by 41% in just two months, freeing teams to focus on higher-value tasks.

“A commissioned Forrester Consulting Total Economic Impact study found that DexoryView delivered a 219% ROI over three years, a net present value of nearly $3 million, and payback in under six months. Customers also saw more than $4 million in quantified benefits, including faster audits, fewer lost pallet investigations, and inventory accuracy reaching 99.9%. These results reinforce the scalability and proven value of Dexory’s solutions,” added Oana.

Scaling for the future
Following rapid expansion over the past year, Dexory is now focused on scaling globally and advancing warehouse intelligence even further. The new funding will strengthen its commercial teams, accelerate AI development and support expansion across Europe, North America and APAC.

As Dexory continues to push the boundaries of automation and AI, its goal remains clear: to empower warehouses to see, think and act in real time – building smarter, more resilient supply chains for the future.
